Memorial donations to the HHHS Foundation are a meaningful way to honour the memory of a loved one while supporting local healthcare for years to come.
The name of your loved one will be recorded in the memorial section of the Book of Honour, located on the Donors of Distinction Wall in the main lobby of our Haliburton facility.
HHHS Foundation will notify the family of your gift and, upon request, send a card with a personal message.
In Memory Program
Selecting the HHHS Foundation as your choice for memorial donations provides ongoing support for essential capital equipment and facility improvements.
Memorial donations totaling $1,500 or more offer the opportunity to honour your loved one on the In Memory Wall, located within the Acute Care area of the HHHS Haliburton Hospital Site. Please contact us for additional information.
