Please enclose your cheque made payable to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation (HHHS Foundation). Include your contact information and any details related to the donation.

HHHS Foundation sincerely appreciates all donations regardless of the size and we recognize your contributions by publishing the donor name in the "Book of Honour" located near the Donor of Distinction Wall in the HHHS Haliburton site main entrance. We respects that not all donors would like recognition and honour the anonymity of donors upon request.
